Book Title: Fanny’s Dream

●Summary

 Fanny Agnes is a sturdy girl who worked on her daddy’s farm. She had a dream that she wants to marry a prince. However, her girlfriends laughed at her dream and made fun of her appearance. Even so, she still believed her dream would come true. On night, Fanny dressed her up to wait the fairy godmother but no one came. Nevertheless, here came Heber Jensen who had always liked Fanny. He asked her to marry him and she agreed after thinking for a while. They lived a good life and had babies from then on. After years, the fairy godmother showed up at one night to invite Fanny to the ball, but she turned down and went back into her house.

●Reflection

   When I was young, I had the same dream as Fanny’s. I wish I can marry a tall, rich and handsome boy or someone is like the prince. However, I change my mind when I’m grown up. One’s appearance is not the most important to me. I need to spend a lot of time getting along with who I admire in my heart if I want to know he is suitable for me or not. One wants to find Mr. Right have to treat him heart to heart rather than pursuing something blindly. As time goes by, we will learn what is really important and meaningful to us. Follow our own heart and make the correct decision so that we won’t regret in the future.
