●Reflection

I’m attracted by the title of this book when I first see it. Nothing related to pig on the cover. The author is very careful that use different colors between Mrs. Piggott and the others. Mr. Piggott and his sons’ background colors are always bright and vivid, but Mrs. Piggott’s are always yellow. As for their clothing, Mr. Piggott and sons wear colorful and pretty, but Mrs. Piggott wears very plain clothing and has no smile. Moreover, If we take a look at this book carefully, we can find something interesting. I can see many symbols of “pig” everywhere in the book, including buttons, pictures on the newspaper, Mr. Piggott’s reflected image on the wall, door knob, socket, vase, wallpaper, clock, moon, casters and even three of them become PIGS! People who used to demand everything from others cannot handle emergency immediately. Besides, people usually regret after something happen or someone disappear. No matter who we are, we should cherish the one who is always with you and never take that person does for granted.
